You will receive a professional binder developed by our Director of Fitness. Your Personal Fitness Program binder will contain a comprehensive program that will address all of your fitness concerns, goals, and abilities. Each movement will have precise descriptions, illustrations and instructions that will ensure your program is 100% manageable and easy to follow. Your binder will also contain an authorized foods list and
exchange chart that will teach you how to eat for fitness success. This is a tremendous value!
